Fairbourne Railway Crisis Fund

The future of the Fairbourne Railway is at stake. Following the death of its major benefactor, Prof Atkinson, who covered its annual shortfall, the trustees are having to consider redundancies & a reduction to services. If the timetable has to be drastically reduced this will have a major impact on local businesses, including the Barmouth ferry service.
